Last week, the standing committee on Canadian Heritage resubmitted its recommendations for updating the Copyright Act of 1998 and ratifying the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) treaty.
This comment on here seems rational
How about someone write a program that produces all possible combinations of pixels and all possible combinations of words, copyright the output and then release it in the public domain and be done with this.
